By integrating investment, development, design, construction, and operation, we have ingeniously created the third block digital economy industrial park, becoming the first digital economy industrial park in Beijing. The park has broken the traditional model of land economy eating tiles in industrial parks, based on the core functional area of the capital, fully leveraging the advantages of digital empowerment and financial capital, and providing digital and financial capital wings for enterprises. The National Digital Economy Industrial Park Platform Chain, developed by the park based on Chang'an Chain, gathers data element resources to provide digital transformation services for national development zones and industrial parks. It has attracted nine leading enterprises in the country, including Baiwang Group, Zhongtu Group of the Central Propaganda Department, Excellence Group, Zhu Batian Jiewang, and Beike Group, to jointly build and achieve information exchange and integration development among enterprises, capital, government, institutions, parks, and intellectual property. To become a comprehensive economic platform that integrates digital economy, physical space, and platform economy, and to build the first national digital economy industrial park on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
